課程總表備註
|
1. The requirement of total credits for graduate students is 48 that including six credits for thesis, twenty two credits for required course, and twenty credits for elective course. 畢業總學分為 48 學分（含論文 6 學分、必修課程 22學分、選修課程 20 學分）。
2. Students have passed Managerial Economics, Applied Statistics, or Cost and Management Accounting during their undergraduate study. As the result, these courses including: Topics on Managerial Economics, Applied Statistics, or Topics on Management Accounting can be waived, but these credits can not be transferred.大學已修過「管理經濟」、「應用統計」及「管理會計」課程且成績及格，得分別申請免修「管理經濟專題」、「應用統計專題」、「管理會計專題」課程，並另修其它專業選修課程，否則該三科目應為必選課。。
3. In elective course, there are three course are required, including Seminar on Industry and Analysis, e-Business, and Innovation and Entrepreneurial Management. Students should take at least two of these course. 專業選修課程中，「產業分析專題」、「企業電子化專題」、「創新與創業管理專題」為三選二課程，以強化整合能力。
4.本國生跨所或跨學年度課程總表修課，須經指導教授同意，且於修課前提報系務會議審議通過，至多承認六學分。
5.畢業前英文能力要求須達到TOEIC 600分(含)以上（以畢業前三年內成績單為認定標準）。同學若選修進階商用英文(一)(二)兩門課程且及格，亦可視同通過本系英文畢業門檻。
6. 選修碩士班全英授課或是國際企管碩士(iMBA)課程，最多可抵免美國NIU雙聯學制9學分課程。
7. 企業實務實習(一)與企業實務實習(二)，只能擇一選修。5. Other requirements 非本系學生在學期間需完成下列項目非正式課程的學習
(1) Publishing thesis in either domestic or international conference at least once.國內外研討會至少參加一場論文發表。
(2) Assisting in Formosa Seminar which will be held by Business and Management department. 協助籌辦本系Formosa產業個案研討會，學習規劃、組織、領導與控制，應用各核心能力。
(3) Taking part in a field trip through course at least once. 專業課程的企業參訪至少參加1場。
(4) Attending any international activities at least once, including workshop, competition or field trip. 國際交流活動含參加國際研習、競賽、參訪，或擔任外籍生學伴等，至少參加一次。
(5) Participating in a keynote lecture at least once專題演講至少參加1場。
