課程總表備註 1.畢業最少應修148學分,包含共同必修42學分、通識選修8學分、專業必修58學分、專業選修40學分。
2.本學程專業選修分為「製程模組」及「材料模組」,需取得至少一模組的15學分以上,並取得專業選修共計40學分以上,始得畢業。
3.已修畢之榮譽學分學程院必選修學分(科技英文除外),採計為專業選修學分。
4.每學期選課上限為 27 學分,一至二年級不得少於16學分,三至四年級不得少於9學分。
5.三上課程每週以4/3倍時數上課,以補足週數。
6.必修體育(三)、體育(四),於大二至大四,採興趣選項教學。
7.修畢第二專長學分學程者:最低畢業學分結構調整為共同必修42學分,通識選修至少 8 學分(五類型,任選四類各 2 學分),專業必修58學分,專業選修40學分,合計148學分;已修畢之第二專長學分學程外系學分,採計為系專業選修學分。

1. A minimum of 148 credits are required for graduation, including 42 credits from common required courses, at least 8 credits from elective General Education courses (choose four categories from the given five categories; 2 credits for each category), and 58 credits from major required courses, 40 credits from elective courses.
2. The elective courses in this program are divided into the "Process Module" and the "Materials Module." Students must complete at least 15 credits from one of these modules and earn a total of at least 40 credits in specialized electives in order to graduate.
3. The compulsory/elective credits of the Honor Credit Program of CER college completed shall be included as department professional elective. (Except for "Technical English")
4. The upper limit of course selection per semester is 27 credits, with no less than 16 credits for the first to second grade students and no less than 9 credits for the third to fourth grade students.
5. The courses for first semester of Grade 3 will be held at 4/3 times the number of hours per week to make up the number of weeks.
6. Students are required to take Physical Education (III) and Physical Education (IV). PE courses can be selected based on students' interest in their second to fourth years.
7. Students who have completed a second-specialization credit program: The minimum graduation credit structure is adjusted as follows: 42 credits from common required courses, at least 8 credits from elective General Education courses (choose four categories from the given five categories; 2 credits for each category), and 59 credits from major required, 39 credits from elective courses, totaling 148 credits in all. Completed second-specialization credit program credits earned from other departments are calculated as the Department's major elective credits.
